These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of the CampusEasy website, applications, and related services (the Platform). By browsing, registering, placing an order, booking a service, or posting a listing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

CampusEasy is an India-focused campus platform. The Platform may provide services directly and may also help students discover independent sellers or service providers. The relevant listing, checkout, or booking page should identify who is supplying the specific product or service.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable Indian law to make purchases or bookings. If you are under 18, use the Platform only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian; you may not independently enter a transaction where the law requires an adult.

Provide accurate registration and transaction information, keep your sign-in credentials confidential, and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorised account use. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

The Platform can include CampusEasy products and services as well as listings, offers, or services supplied by other users or providers. Unless the relevant page expressly says CampusEasy is the seller or provider, the independent seller or provider is responsible for the description, quality, legality, fulfilment, and any applicable warranty of their offering.

We may review, moderate, suspend, or remove content or access where reasonably necessary for safety, compliance, or Platform operation. Such review does not mean that every listing or user has been independently verified or endorsed.

Product, service, meal-plan, and campus availability can change. A displayed price, estimate, delivery time, or appointment slot is not a confirmation until the Platform or provider accepts the order or booking and sends confirmation.

You are responsible for checking the item or service details, quantity, address or campus location, selected time, total price, and applicable provider terms before confirming. Please give safe and accurate delivery or appointment instructions.

Prices and any applicable delivery charges, taxes, deposits, or other fees will be shown at the relevant listing or checkout where applicable. Payment methods depend on the offering and may include cash on delivery or a third-party payment provider. Do not share your password, one-time passcode, card PIN, or full payment credentials with another user or seller.

Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund availability is shown in the applicable listing, checkout, or provider policy. Where CampusEasy processes a refund, processing time can depend on the payment provider and bank. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under Indian law.

When posting, buying, selling, or enquiring about a student listing, communicate honestly, agree the handover and payment details clearly, and inspect an item before completing an in-person handover where practical. Do not meet in an isolated place; use a public campus location and follow your institution's safety rules.

You must not post counterfeit, stolen, recalled, dangerous, unlawful, misleading, or prohibited goods; infringing material; personal data belonging to another person; or content that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or fraudulent. You may only upload images and text you have the right to use.

Unless a listing expressly identifies CampusEasy as the seller, CampusEasy is not a party to the independent buyer-seller transaction and cannot guarantee a user's identity, item condition, payment, or handover. Keep evidence of agreed terms and contact support if you encounter suspected fraud.

Do not misuse the Platform, interfere with its security or availability, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or harvest personal information, upload malware, evade account restrictions, or use the Platform to break the law or harm others. Do not use another person's account or impersonate a person, institution, seller, or CampusEasy representative.

We may restrict or suspend access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, a security or safety risk exists, or we are required to do so by law. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to contact support.

CampusEasy and its licensors retain rights in the Platform, its branding, software, design, and original content. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the Platform for its intended personal or campus purposes; they do not transfer ownership to you.

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant CampusEasy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, and use that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the Platform and the listing or service you requested. You confirm you have the rights required to grant this licence.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the CampusEasy Privacy Notice. Please read it before using account, ordering, booking, or marketplace features.

We work to keep the Platform available and information accurate, but online services may be interrupted, delayed, or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided on an as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access or guarantee the conduct or performance of an independent user or provider.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a statutory guarantee, consumer protection, or other right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CampusEasy is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform or an independent user's transaction. This does not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, a breach that cannot legally be limited, or any non-excludable consumer right.

You remain responsible for your own actions and for complying with laws and campus rules when using the Platform.

We may update, add, or discontinue Platform features and may revise these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date below or by another reasonable notice. Changes apply from the stated effective date; continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms, subject to applicable law.

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should continue, including payment obligations, intellectual-property rights, disclaimers, and dispute provisions, continue to apply after account closure.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The competent courts in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum, venue, or dispute-resolution rights available to you under applicable law.

If you have a concern, please first contact us so we can try to resolve it promptly and fairly. This does not prevent you from using any statutory remedy or consumer grievance mechanism available to you.
